Senior Full-Stack Java Engineer

The client is looking for a Java full-stack developer to accelerate certain features and projects and get more done for the overall roadmap for their flagship workforce management offering HotSchedules Labor. Currently, the team is international with developers and QA from Ukraine, Argentina, and the US. This will be a perfect opportunity to master your English language skills as all meetings are conducted in English. Most devs in the team are full-stack developers although the backlog is heavier on backend tasks, hence some experience in front-end development (ReactJS) will be needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features from the product backlog
• Develop REST services to support high-volume, low-latency web and mobile apps
• Design and implement DB schema to allow new functionality
• Maintain existing codebase

Requirements:

• 5+ year of proficiency in Java 8 (Java 11 is a plus)
• Experience with Spring
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with ReactJS
• Experience with AWS (or Azure) services is a plus
• Experience with BackboneJS is a plus
• At least Intermediate level of English knowledge
